Biography
He built his symbolic abstract language on the colours of the southern landscape and the simple way of life in Abha. He studied at the Institute of Art Education in Riyadh and taught art education for 37 years. His first solo exhibition was held in Riyadh in 1974, and he has since held 37 solo exhibitions, in cities including Rabat, Dubai, Paris, London and Cairo. His works are held in collections including those of the Al Yamamah and Al Salam royal palaces.
