01Who we are

015 Gallery is a fine art gallery in Riyadh, at Mode Al Faisaliah. The gallery is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us through the Visit page of this site or on WhatsApp.

02What we collect

Enquiry and service forms: the name, email address, phone number, location and message you choose to send, and the page you sent it from.

Newsletter: your email address.

New-work alerts: your email address and the artist you asked about.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive data, and nothing on this site sells or checks out artwork.

03Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or proposal, arrange a viewing, and follow up on the conversation you started. To send the newsletter or an alert you asked for. We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on the gallery's legitimate interest in answering the people who contact it.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

04WhatsApp

The “Enquire via WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared message. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and reaches the gallery's WhatsApp account.

05Cookies and similar storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visitor statistics, where enabled, are collected without cookies and without identifying you.

Works you save and works you have recently viewed are kept only in your own browser's storage; they never reach the gallery unless you choose to send your selection. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Gallery staff who sign in to manage the site receive a session cookie. Visitors never do.

06Who else processes it

The site runs on a server the gallery rents, and enquiry notifications are delivered by an email service. These providers process data only to run the service for us.

07How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation and any resulting sale or project are active, and afterwards as long as the law requires. Newsletter and alert addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

08Your rights

You may ask to be told what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact the gallery through the Visit page or WhatsApp and we will respond within the period the law sets. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

09Changes

We will update this notice when the site changes how it handles data, and show the date of the latest version below.
